We will send an automatic confirmation - straight away. And you'll get a meaningful reply normally within 24 hours - or up to 72 hours during public holidays.
Reasons why you may not get that confirmation or reply:
1) It is being incorrectly identified as Spam - please check your spam folder.
2) There is a typo in the email address you gave us.
3) Your mailbox is full or passed its limit - please clear out your old mail.
4) Your mailbox has been set up to only accept mail from the people you specify. You need to add us to that list, or temporarily turn off this feature. This is particularly a problem for AOL users where this might have been set up accidentally.
You can test your email by simply sending a message to yourself.
