Why are we ignoring your emails?

Well of course the answer is we are NOT. If you send us an email or fill out a contact form on our site we will ALWAYS send a confirmation.

There are several reasons why you may not receive that confirmation.

1) It is being incorrectly identified as Spam - please check your spam folder.

2) You have supplied an invalid or incorrect email address - please contact us again with the correct address.

3) Your mailbox is full or passed its limit - please clear out your old mail.

4) Your mailbox has been set up to only accept mail from the people you specify. You need to add us to that list, or temporarily turn off this feature. This is particularly a problem for AOL users where this might have been set up accidentally.

You can test your email by simply sending a message to yourself.
